Homemade Vegetable Pizza
Make a delicious homemade vegetable pizza with a crispy base, flavorful tomato sauce, fresh vegetables and melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 ready-made pizza dough or pizza base
- ½ cup pizza sauce
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ½ red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup sliced mushrooms
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ½ cup chopped tomatoes
- ¼ cup sweet corn
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- ½ teaspoon chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F or 220°C.
- Place the pizza dough or base on a baking tray.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the base, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Arrange bell pepper, onion, mushrooms, tomatoes, olives and corn evenly over the cheese.
- Add the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
- Sprinkle Italian seasoning and chili flakes over the pizza.
- Brush the outer crust lightly with olive oil.
- Bake for 18 to 25 minutes, or until the cheese melts and the crust becomes golden.
- Let the pizza rest for three minutes before slicing and serving.

- Do not add too many vegetables, because the pizza may become soggy.
- Pat watery vegetables dry before placing them on the pizza.
